Glotel's comprehensive Contractor Care Programme ensures that our high standards are maintained, globally. Our Contractor Care Programme is a guarantee of service excellence from us to everyone who registers with Glotel.
The Contractor Charter promises that Glotel will:
- Acknowledge CVs within 48 hours of receiving them
- Provide honest, clear and detailed job descriptions
- Obtain your permission before submitting your CV to a client
- Never alter your CV, unless authorised to do so, by you
- Provide you with a status report on interviews within 24 hours.
Provide a personal Account Manager who will:
- contact you within the first week of a new placement
- contact you on a monthly basis thereafter
- Provide prompt payment - Ensure that we start our search for your next contract six weeks before the end of your current contract
To ensure our high standards are met, we monitor our performance through Client and Candidate satisfaction questionnaires, which are sent to both Clients and Contractors.
